Your demo, your data.

This notice describes the AutoCRM product demonstration provided by Voxtern.

What the demo stores

A random browser cookie identifies your private sample workspace. We store the records you create and the actions you take. Access expires after 24 hours; automated cleanup removes expired demo data. Please use fictional customer details in the sample workspace.

When you test with your phone

We collect the number you submit, verification and consent timestamps, provider identifiers, and delivery status. Twilio processes verification codes, messages and calls. OpenAI processes AI voice conversations when that channel is available. You are asked for consent before live testing. We do not store audio recordings in AutoCRM; a text transcript may be saved in your demo. Provider retention is governed by their own terms and account settings.

You stay in control

You can delete your demo from the workspace. This deletes its records from AutoCRM, but does not delete provider-held records. Reply STOP to the demo number to stop SMS; a keyed digest of the number is retained to honor that choice after your demo expires. Demo participation does not subscribe you to marketing.

Sales requests

If you ask about AutoCRM for your shop, we save your name, email, shop and request so Voxtern can respond. This is separate from your expiring demo. Use the enquiry form to request access to or deletion of a sales request, and identify the email you used. We will verify ownership before acting.

Operational protection

We use limited request counters to prevent abuse and protect service availability. Private demo responses are not cached publicly. Do not enter payment information, passwords or sensitive personal information.
